Mowing
The lawn and grassy areas will receive meticulous maintenance and uniform trimming. The schedule for mowing services will be tailored to the property's unique requirements and the annual growth patterns.
Grass Trimming
All structures, tree bases, signs, landscaped beds, fences, and shrubs will be trimmed to ensure uniformity with the lawn's cut level.
Clean Up
Once the property maintenance is complete, our team employs blowers to clear grass clippings from all hard surfaces. Depending on the type of debris remaining after trimming, we either dispose of it off-site or neatly pile it for waste collection.
Hedge Trimming
The uniform shapes of all shrubs, hedges, and bushes will be preserved as per your maintenance plan. This service will also include trimming palm trees and reducing the height of other trees as necessary.
Edging
All walkways, parking lots, driveways, curbs, paved surfaces, and the perimeters of landscaped areas will be neatly edged.
Landscape Beds
With the full-service plan, landscape beds receive extra care. These areas are maintained throughout the year to remain weed-free. Weeds are removed manually, and herbicides are applied when necessary. Additionally, dead plants are cleared away.
